Aliexpress Helmet Order Canceled After Shipping

I ordered the helmet shown in the product images from Aliexpress. Initially, I was informed that it had been shipped, but shortly after, I received a notification stating the order was canceled. This level of shipping mismanagement is unacceptable.
I’ve tried reaching out via email, but neither the seller nor Aliexpress has responded. The situation is frustratingly unclear—there’s no update on whether I’ll get my refund, nor is there any confirmation if the product will ever arrive.
Aliexpress, this is a terrible customer experience. I expect my money to be refunded immediately or clear communication about when my order will arrive. Please resolve this issue promptly and improve your support process.
