Issue with Customs Seizure and Exceeding Monthly Quota on AliExpress
I paid the necessary taxes for the items I bought on AliExpress, but unfortunately, customs confiscated them because I exceeded the monthly limit of 5 items. The reason for this situation is that I made individual purchases from various sellers on AliExpress, which led to each item being processed and shipped separately. I couldn't know that, could I? Due to this, I am currently unable to retrieve my products from customs, and the sellers are unwilling to start a refund or return process. It is important to mention that there should have been a warning about the quota limit during the ordering process. If needed, orders should have been held and shipped accordingly. As customers we rely on these platforms, they just sell and don't look further I guess.
