Aliexpress Takes No Responsibility for My Items Stuck at Customs
My order supposed to arrive on 25th june became so late that items supposed to arrive at the end of august came earlier than this item which I paid 1750 Tl. Since this order became so late and will create conflict due to the 5 items in a month i warned the seller so many time and demanded return and refund. Neither the seller nor aliexpress took into account my demand and item was confiscated by the custom. I started dispute and aliexpress closed the dispute with 0 refund desicion. In fact there was no warning regarding 5 item in a month limit and added after i started the dispute

I wrote the following message to the seller. AliExpress has come to a 0 refund decision, which is extremely unfair. I will start a legal process against the seller due to the delay in shipment. I have ALL the background messages. If you check the background, I warned you about the delay so many times and requested a return and refund due to the delay before the item entered customs. If you were fair, you would send this again because I paid for the shipment plus tax cost and will have 0. Do you believe it is fair? As I said, I have no capacity to clear customs because of my location. Even if I had the capacity, clearance would cost more than the cost of the item.
