AliExpress Held 2 Items From My Order - No Refund or Replacement
On January 8th, 2024, I placed an order for 7 products on AliExpress. AliExpress warned me that I could only order 5 products at a time, yet I was still able to place the order and pay for all 7 goods, including taxes and delivery.
When the box arrived, customs took two of the products because I had over my monthly order limit. I only placed one order, yet AliExpress mailed the items separately, making it appear as if I had placed seven distinct orders.
I contacted AliExpress to explain the matter and ask for a refund or replacement for the two items, but they refused. They blamed me for exceeding the order restriction, despite the fact that I only placed one item.
This is plainly AliExpress' fault, and they should be held accountable for the error. I was quite disappointed with their customer service and would not use them again.
