Stuck in Customs Limbo! Aliexpress Order Blocked

On January 25, 2023, I purchased an item from Aliexpress, only to discover it was held in customs due to a 5-item import limit. Here's the problem:

The product hasn't been returned to the seller.
It hasn't been released to me the following month.
I can't even track the package anymore.

This situation makes no sense! If the order exceeds the import limit, it should either be sent back for a refund or released after the extra units are removed. Instead, I'm left hanging with no product and no clear explanation.
