Despite Airbnb's promise of assistance, their support has been nonexistent.
The platform claims the situation is at the host's discretion, but Adem Ege remains silent. The reservation with the code ""hm2hesfmba"" pertains to the listing ""Room in Luxury Condo in City Center"" located in Bakırköy, Turkey. Frustratingly, there is no official Airbnb representation in Turkey; they redirect customer queries to the US and exclusively communicate in English. Instead of providing assistance, Airbnb seems to empower malicious actors in these situations.
