Airbnb Nightmare of the Missing Refund and the Unresponsive Host!


I reserved a villa with the name "E**" on Airbnb for July 12–18, but I had to cancel on November 8. I haven't been able to get in touch with the host since then, and Airbnb is still waiting for a response. I don't understand why my money hasn't been returned. There has been no payment. Let's say there is a deduction. Where is the extra 6,000 TL? After going back and forth with Airbnb for two days, no solution has been found. I'm so angry and upset. My problem hasn't been fixed yet, and I'm ready to take this to Consumer Rights if it doesn't get fixed.
