Airbnb Does Not Satisfy Customers in Turkey


I booked a house in Kaş through Airbnb for the dates of July 24-26, with confirmation code hmd9b83j2t. We arrived in Kaş at 23:00 on July 24, only to find out from the host that the house was already rented to someone else. I learned that if I cancel the reservation, I won't get a refund. The host tried to cancel on her end but couldn't reach anyone. I also called customer service, but the representative didn't understand my issue as they spoke a foreign language. Despite my attempts to explain via messages, the problem remained unresolved. The host managed to at least refund one day's stay by changing the reservation. It's frustrating to face such an issue without any proper support or communication. I'm being charged for a service I never got to use.
