On August 27, 2025, I canceled my Airbnb reservation in Kaş, Antalya (Reservation Code: HMPX98P2NY) on the same day I booked it, as the cancellation policy clearly stated I was entitled to a full refund. The total amount I paid was ₺3,859.06, and I am still waiting for the refund to be credited back to my bank card.
After the cancellation, I exchanged multiple messages with the Airbnb support team through the app. At first, they told me that the refund had been initiated and that it could take up to 15 days to appear in my bank account. I waited, but by September 11, the money had still not been refunded. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that there was no refund process in place. I relayed this information back to Airbnb, but they again told me to wait another 10–15 days. Weeks have passed, and I feel like I am just being stalled while my issue remains unresolved.
The reservation terms clearly stated that I was entitled to a full refund, and I complied with all the conditions. I demand that my payment be refunded in full without any further delay.
