Air France Damaged My Luggage – Still No Compensation After 2.5 Months
On April 26, 2024, during my Istanbul-Paris-Newark flight with Air France, my suitcase was severely damaged. The wheel was broken, and one corner was badly damaged, ruining my vacation. I’ve been trying to get compensation for 2.5 months now, but despite sending multiple emails, I still haven’t received any payment. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I no longer want to fly with Air France. I expect them to resolve this issue promptly and provide the compensation I’m owed. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope they take responsibility soon.
