Pegasus Airlines Has Failed to Compensate My Baggage Damage Claim

On June 17, 2024, during my return flight with Pegasus at 16:50, my suitcase was damaged. I reported the issue immediately to the authorities at the airport before leaving. I was asked whether I wanted a replacement or compensation, and I chose compensation. A form was filled out, and photos of the luggage were taken.
A week or two later, I received an email asking which size replacement luggage I preferred, and I was told to pick it up at the nearest airport. However, I requested compensation, and I have not received any payment. Now, they are asking for another photo of the damaged luggage and additional documents. I am extremely dissatisfied, as my issue has not been resolved, and no one is addressing my concerns.
