Air France Lost My Luggage on Flight from Istanbul to Houston

On February 17, 2024, I flew with Air France from Istanbul to Houston via Paris. My ticket number is 0572*******44, and my reservation reference number is L774T5. As shown in the attached photo, my suitcase was damaged upon arrival at Houston airport. Exhausted from the journey and struggling with inadequate phone service and language skills in an unfamiliar place, I waited for my children outside the airport.

For the past two days, I have been trying to reach the company online. However, live support keeps directing me to the lost luggage service, which is insufficient due to the limited time available. By the time I finish typing, live support closes. I hope Air France Turkey will address this issue promptly.
