We demand a refund for the flight ticket purchased on 10.09.2022 under PNR number 29VNBM. The ticket was booked via Turkish Airlines (THY) for a Lyon-Montreal connecting flight under the name Ymc***. Unfortunately, Ymc*** was denied boarding.
We filed a complaint with THY using case number 7454081, and it was approved for a refund. However, no payment has been credited to our account. When we followed up, THY directed us to contact the ticket issuer. Upon reaching out, we were told to contact Air Canada. Despite emailing Air Canada several months ago, we’ve received no response.
As the ticket purchaser, why are we being redirected endlessly? Why hasn’t the refund been processed directly to us? Additionally, after the ticket was canceled, we had to repurchase a new one, incurring further financial losses, which are also being ignored.
We expect Turkish Airlines to act responsibly and promptly issue the promised refund to our account without further delays. This situation is unacceptable and must be resolved immediately.
