I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience flying with Emirates. On March 20, I was scheduled to fly from Phuket to Istanbul with a connecting flight to Antalya via Turkish Airlines (THY). I was supposed to land in Istanbul by 2:30 PM on March 21, so I purchased a separate ticket with THY for 5:45 PM that same day.
However, due to Emirates’ 3-hour delay, I missed my THY connection entirely. My THY ticket was canceled and non-refundable, leaving me with a financial loss that your airline caused. I had timed everything based on your original arrival schedule, which you failed to meet.
I demand that Emirates compensate me for the money I lost. I have all the flight tickets, documentation, and cancellation proof. This issue needs to be resolved immediately—passengers should not suffer financially because of delays you caused.
