I purchased AirAsia tickets for four people from Phuket to Osaka through Tickets.com.tr, paying ₺18,000. Upon realizing I had entered the wrong date, I canceled the tickets. Despite this, Tickets.com.tr refuses to refund my money.
Their only response has been through email, claiming the airline won’t refund the amount. However, when I contacted AirAsia directly, they confirmed they never received a refund request from Tickets.com.tr. Both parties are passing the blame, leaving me stuck without my money.
This is unacceptable, as a large sum of money has effectively been withheld. I demand that Tickets.com.tr process my refund immediately. This lack of accountability is outrageous, and I am prepared to escalate this matter legally if needed.
