I purchased three tickets for an Istanbul-Toronto flight through eDreams. During the booking process, only my name and surname were requested—no passport or ID number was collected. When I tried to verify the provided reservation number on Air Canada’s website, it showed as invalid.
Within two hours, I canceled the tickets for free, as per policy. However, I still have not received a refund, and the website states the process could take up to three months while awaiting airline approval. This is unacceptable.
My reservation number is 12302017171. I demand an immediate refund for the ticket charges and the cancellation of my Prime membership without any further fees. If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue legal action.
