I regularly use Agoda for hotel reservations, but finding help when issues arise has been nearly impossible, especially with no Turkish-speaking representatives available. My recent experience was particularly disappointing. I booked a hotel room that, upon arrival, was far dirtier than depicted on the website, making it uninhabitable. I decided not to stay and was advised by the hotel owner that Agoda could process the refund. They even provided a document stating I was unable to stay due to the hotel's poor condition.

That same day, I booked a different hotel through Agoda and paid a new fee to ensure a place to stay. However, despite emailing Agoda’s customer service repeatedly with the document and all details, I only receive automated responses promising a reply within 48 hours—which never arrives. I’m left with neither a stay nor a refund. I urgently request that Agoda resolve this issue and refund my payment.

Hello, you asked me again for the documents I had already sent, and I sent them. Once again, you sent an email saying you would respond within 48 hours, and despite months passing, you never made a payment for the hotel where I couldn't stay!

Thank you for your response. In the email you sent me, you mentioned that you were unable to reach the hotel. Are you renting out a hotel that you can't even provide transportation to and where guests can't stay? In the email you sent me, you proposed to pay about 15% of the fee for which I received no service, citing this situation. And that too, 5 months later and with Agodacash. Is this a fair offer? Please refund the entire amount for which I received no service, please!
