I Paid Agoda for My Hotel Booking But the Hotel Won’t Accept My Reservation

I booked a hotel room through Agoda.com, and the payment was successfully charged to my credit card. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that there were no available rooms. To make matters worse, they stated that they couldn’t issue a refund and advised me to resolve the issue with Agoda directly.
Since Agoda doesn’t offer Turkish language support, I had to struggle to explain my problem in English by calling an international number. Agoda then said they could only process the refund with the hotel’s approval. It’s been two and a half months, and I still haven’t received my refund. Both parties keep blaming each other. I’ll never use Agoda again—this has been a complete disappointment. Please resolve this immediately!
