Adidas Shoes Foam Collapsed After 15 Days and Warranty Did Nothing

Approximately two weeks after my purchase, the product appeared like this. The foam inside caved in, and the other one experienced the same issue, almost as if the sponge was giving way from within. I typically have confidence in Adidas, but this model really let me down. I submitted it for warranty, but no action was taken, and my concern was overlooked. I’m sharing this to ensure the issue is thoroughly assessed and addressed.
