Adidas Rejected My Warranty Claim for Torn Inner Lining in 2 Months

I purchased a pair of Adidas sports shoes with a 6-month warranty, but within just 2 months, the inner lining of both shoes began to tear. I sent the product for warranty inspection twice. On both occasions, when I went to the store after 5–6 days, I was told that the product had been rejected and not accepted for repair. Your staff had previously mentioned that the evaluation process would take 25 days, yet when I inquired and visited the store, they said the product had already arrived and showed me a rejection note. I don’t understand how a proper inspection could have been completed in just 5–6 days. No clear information was provided about whether the product had actually been examined. Because of this, I have filed a complaint with Consumer Rights.
