Adidas Rejected My Warranty Claim for Damaged Shoes

Adidas Rejected My Warranty Claim for Damaged Shoes
July 4, 2025 12:50 AM44

I bought an Adidas product less than a year ago, and even though it's still under warranty, the toe area and a few other sections started to separate. I took my item to an Adidas branch for inspection on two occasions, expecting a fair assessment, but both times my requests were turned down without any clear explanation or genuine consideration of the problem. I was surprised by the level of service I received from a brand that claims to prioritize quality and durability. It's been disappointing to sense that my concern was overlooked so readily. I just want my issue to be recognized and addressed appropriately. I feel that I have been treated unjustly, and I’m just requesting Adidas to acknowledge their responsibility and rectify the situation.
