Adidas Dismissed My Complaint About Fading Cleats and Deformed Sneakers

As a discerning shopper, I purchased Adidas cleats and sneakers for my son, anticipating good durability. Regrettably, after only a few months, both pairs exhibited noticeable wear—color fading on the cleats and fabric deformation on the sneakers. I submitted them for inspection, as I believed this level of damage in such a brief period couldn’t possibly be typical. Unfortunately, I faced a rejection for both products, which truly disappointed me. For a brand like Adidas, I was surprised by how swiftly the issue was brushed aside with a rather generic reply. I felt ignored and neglected during the entire process. Considering the quality of the product and the way the situation was managed, I will definitely think twice before making another purchase.
