Adidas Did Not Accept Warranty for My Shoes That Tore After Limited Use

We experienced a tear in the inner lining of adidas shoes. We sent the shoes twice for warranty through FLO store, and it was stated that there was neither a manufacturing defect nor user error. However, there is clearly an issue with the shoes, yet no action was taken under warranty. I wore the shoes only a few times and took great care of them, so this kind of damage is unacceptable. It’s extremely disappointing that a globally recognized brand like Adidas does not stand behind its products. Did I pay ₺2700 for nothing? I could have bought six different pairs of shoes with that money. This does not suit the Adidas brand at all—shame on them.
