adidas Jacket I Bought on Amazon Started Shedding and Was Declined for Return
On December 31, 2023, I purchased an Adidas jacket through the Emek Spor Malz. store on Amazon. As soon as I started using it, I experienced excessive shedding, and now the jacket is in such poor condition that it barely resembles one. The inside has completely worn out, and I have encountered issues like clumping in the sleeve areas, lint sticking to my clothes, and skin irritation. This situation, which does not reflect Adidas quality, shocked me. Over the years, I have bought dozens of shoes, clothes, and jackets from Adidas, but I have never experienced anything like this before. There are no holes or visible defects in the jacket, so how can customer service immediately dismiss my complaint as user error? I request a refund for my jacket.
