Adidas Tracksuit Pilled & Fluffed Quickly—Warranty Claim Denied


On October 13, 2024, I purchased an Adidas tracksuit from Piazza Adidas store. After a short period of normal wear, I noticed significant pilling and fabric fluffing on both the jacket and pants.
I returned the tracksuit to the store and had it sent for inspection, expecting a fair resolution. However, my claim was rejected, with the response that the issue was not a manufacturing defect but instead due to user error. How can pilling and fabric damage happen due to user error? I followed all proper care instructions, yet the product still deteriorated far too quickly.
I demand a proper resolution—either a replacement or a refund. Adidas, this is not the quality I paid for. Ignoring product defects and blaming customers is unacceptable. Fix this now!
I've been waiting for a response for days, they don't care. This indifference does not suit the big Adidas brand at all.
