I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes on October 20, 2024. Despite wearing them irregularly and always with clean, dry socks, the shoes started to develop an unpleasant odor within just 1 to 1.5 months. The shoes have never gotten wet, and I have taken proper care of them. I reached out to Adidas customer support via email to ask how this issue could be resolved, but I haven’t received any response. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Although I am not wearing the shoes frequently now due to the winter season, I will face a serious issue when I need to use them again.
