Adidas Online Store Won’t Accept My Jacket Return Due to a System Error

I bought a jacket from the Adidas online store on December 10, 2024, it was delivered to me on December 17, 2024, I tried the jacket on immediately and it was too big, I wanted to return it immediately but they did not accept it because it was not reflected in the system. I wanted to return it the next day, but their system was not working, I called customer service and they said there was a problem with their system and that I should try again the next day. Their online system has not been working since December 17, and I cannot make any exchanges or returns, I called customer service many times, but they do nothing, they say their system is not working. Exchanges or returns are not accepted from the store, they say if you made an online transaction, you have to continue online. 5 days of the 14-day return period have already gone because their system is not working. It is like a bad joke. Definitely do not shop from the Adidas online store!
