Adidas Jacket Shed Feathers After First Use and Warranty Denied

I purchased an Adidas jacket from their store, but I was extremely disappointed when I noticed that the feathers inside, referred to as "goose down," began shedding on their own after just the first wear. Upon further inspection, I saw that the issue was widespread across the jacket. Without washing or cleaning it in any way, I immediately returned the jacket to the store for an inspection, expecting Adidas to address this defect. However, the response I received was negative, implying that I was at fault.

As a long-standing and reputable brand, I expected Adidas to stand behind its products and provide better service. I demand a proper resolution for this defective jacket.
