My Adidas Jacket Faded (Black Turns Orange!) But Warranty Denied
I bought my son's and my own winter jackets from the Adidas store in Samsun Piazza Mall in late November or early December of 2022. My jacket began to fade in color when it was a year old. My son's same-color jacket stayed unharmed even though my black jacket turned somewhat orange. When I brought up the problem with the retailer, they stated, "Bring it in, we'll send it for inspection." The jacket startled them even. When I turned it in, a week later they informed me, "We can't send it back because it's been over a year since purchase, and even if we did, the company won't accept it." In less than a year, the expensive Adidas jacket broke down, and the authorities just said, "We can't help."
We've worn Adidas for years because of its quality, for our kids and ourselves. For a corporation of such reputation, this is intolerable. I demand my experience to be resolved.
