Screen Freezing Issues with Acer Swift 3 AMD Ryzen 5 Laptop

I'm experiencing screen freezing problems with the Acer Swift 3 AMD Ryzen 5 laptop purchased from Trendyol. Despite trying different methods, including holding down the power button, the screen remains unresponsive. At times, it even shuts down and restarts when closing and reopening the lid. This is unacceptable; it disrupts my work and causes data loss. Notably, I never encountered such issues with the Acer Swift 1 Celeron 4020. I urgently demand repair or a refund.
