Samsung Galaxy A06 Freezing And Lagging Constantly Since Purchase

The Samsung Galaxy A06 phone I purchased on July 23 through Trendyol has been constantly freezing and lagging since the day I bought it. Even though there are almost no apps installed, the device sometimes freezes completely—either before unlocking the screen or right after unlocking—and becomes unusable. I reset the phone to factory settings, but the problem persisted. I bought the product from Trendyol for ₺6,000, and despite being only three months old, I’m already facing these issues. I haven’t contacted customer service yet, but the device is still under warranty. I request that my issue be resolved and that the device be returned with a full refund.
