Lenovo TAB M11 Freezing and Slowing Issues Persist After Repairs

Since purchasing the Lenovo TAB M11, I have consistently experienced freezing and slow performance. I have taken the tablet to Vatan Bilgisayar twice, and both times it was sent to service for repairs. On each occasion, they claimed the screen was replaced, but the problem remains unresolved.

During the second visit, I specifically requested a refund, but instead, they returned the tablet with another screen replacement and provided a document confirming the repair. Despite these efforts, the freezing and lagging issues persist, and it seems to be a common problem with this model.

I am frustrated and unsure how this issue will be resolved. I expect Lenovo to take responsibility and provide a permanent solution, whether through a replacement or a refund. Please address this promptly.
