My Acer Aspire 3 Only Works When Plugged In, Dead Battery

It's been a year now since I purchased the Acer Aspire 3. Over the last 4-5 months, it only functions when plugged in. Due to my workload, I can't send this essential work laptop for warranty service. When I reported this issue to the Media Markt store, I was advised to contact Acer's technical service. I've attempted to reach Acer's technical service multiple times, but unfortunately, I haven't been treated appropriately. Regrettably, the person in charge addressed me in an accusatory manner.
To be honest, my professional matters have suffered several times because of this product. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation. I'm writing this here, knowing that my problem won't be resolved. My goal is no longer to fix the issue; I've already incurred enough losses through this purchase. Hopefully, others won't be affected in the same way.
