I purchased a Lenovo Smart Paper (model ZAC00011TR) e-book reader from Trendyol, but the screen flickers constantly, making it impossible to read. Additionally, the device is extremely slow, which defeats its purpose as an e-reader.
I returned the product to Trendyol, but they sent it back claiming there was no issue. They suggested I take the brand-new device to a service center instead. Why should I deal with technical service for a defective product that was sold to me in this condition? I expected better service from Trendyol.
This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency. I will not use Trendyol or Lenovo products again. See the attached photo for proof.
