Acer Nitro 5 RTX3050 Freezing and Blue Screen Issues

I bought the Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop from the Teknosa website. It has an Intel i5 12500H processor, Nvidia RTX3050TI graphics card with 8GB RAM, a 512GB SSD, and a 15.6'' FHD 144Hz display. When I opened and turned it on on the day it arrived, the screen showed colorful lines right away, and the issue with the screen continued (even though it starts up, colorful lines show up). The problem happened when the lid was moved.
I bought it on July 24, 2023, and then I brought it to the Teknosa Service at Optimum Ankara on July 26, 2023. After that, Teknosa sent the device to Acer. They said they fixed the error and it wasn't a hardware problem, just a software issue. Acer said they fixed the software issue, but on August 13, 2023, the supposed fix didn't work and the problem happened again. Nothing got fixed. I have pictures, videos, and paperwork to support the return of the product.
I wanted a refund right from the start. I didn't want to use the broken computer, so I purchased a new one using my company's resources. The staff kept saying they couldn't exchange it and insisted on sending the PC for repair again, so I reluctantly agreed. Later on, they said it was a software mistake, but it ended up being a hardware issue. I had my second repair appointment on August 14, 2023, but I still haven't gotten my PC back. I'm really frustrated because I can't use my computer for work and I've been waiting for days. The product I bought is still at the Acer Service center.
I want my new product to be replaced, but it hasn't happened yet, and I still haven't received my computer. How many days has it been? I'm writing this now, but I'll reach out to the Commercial Court next week. Why are you asking? I bought a new product, but it turned out to be defective, so we sent it in for repairs. They said everything was okay, it was just a software issue, but then they couldn't fix it. And out of nowhere, they discovered that the problem they initially thought was a software problem was actually a hardware problem. And now, I still haven't gotten my computer back. Where is the defective device that is now being called a used one? It's been so many days, and it's still missing. Days when I can't run my business and can't get any work done.
