eDreams Renewed My Prime Subscription Without Permission, Request Cancellation
On 29/07/2026 my eDreams Prime subscription was renewed and my card was charged 89.99 €. I did not want to renew this service and immediately requested a refund of the amount charged. In response to my request, eDreams only offered me a voucher, but I clearly prefer and request that the money be returned directly to the same card that was debited, not as a voucher or credit. I have been using eDreams Prime since around 2024 and I find this situation unfair, because I do not wish to continue with the subscription and I do not find the voucher solution acceptable. I kindly ask eDreams to cancel the unwanted renewal and to refund the 89.99 € to my card as soon as possible.
