Freecash Restricted My Account And Blocked My Withdrawals, Request Solution

I have been using Freecash.com for a while and have successfully withdrawn funds to my PayPal account several times in the past. Yesterday, my account was suddenly restricted from making withdrawals, even though I have done nothing wrong and always used the platform legitimately. At the moment, I have over $500 in total on my account, including funds shown as withdrawable, but I am unable to cash out. When I attempt to withdraw via PayPal, the transaction is rejected and the money is sent back to my Freecash balance, effectively blocking me from accessing my earnings. I contacted Freecash support and was only told that my account had been “flagged”. They also sent me an email stating that “your account is currently restricted”, but they did not clearly explain what policy I allegedly violated. They have not provided any clear explanation of what the issue is, what rule I am supposed to have violated, or what I can do to resolve it. They are not responding to my attempts to clarify and to solve this false accusation, which feels very unfair and nontransparent. I request that my account be properly reviewed, that I be informed clearly of the exact reason for this restriction, and that my withdrawal rights be reinstated so I can withdraw my funds to PayPal. If there has been any misunderstanding or automatic flag, I ask that it be corrected promptly and that my earnings be released to me.
