On October 30, 2025, at 2:00 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of $1,000 USD from the 1win platform to my Enpara bank account via bank transfer. However, even after 18 hours, the status still shows “processing,” and no payment has been received in my account.
I am a new user of the platform, and this was my first withdrawal request. When I contacted 1win customer support, they told me that no action would be taken until 24 hours have passed, offering no further explanation or assistance.

There are no pending verification steps, wagering requirements, or additional conditions on my account, so there is no reason for this delay.
I request that my $1,000 USD withdrawal be processed and credited to my Enpara account immediately, as this delay has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
