1win Withdrawal Not Credited In Account

On 18.02.2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹25,000 from my 1win game account to my Union Bank of India account. However, the withdrawn amount has still not been credited to my bank account. When I contacted Union Bank of India about this issue, they informed me that they need the UTR number for this transaction in order to trace the funds. I have already shared my bank statement by email, but I have not received any proper response or solution. I also tried to contact 1win support, but they are not responding quickly and have not provided the UTR number or any clear update. Because of this, my ₹25,000 remains stuck and I am unable to get any concrete help from either side. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible by either immediately crediting the ₹25,000 into my Union Bank of India account or providing the correct UTR number and full clarification about the status of this withdrawal.
