I am a regular client of 1win and my casino account with ID 356074*** was blocked on 28 March 2026, right after I completed the verification process with my ID. A few days earlier, I had already verified my account, and this time, immediately after going through verification again, my account was suddenly suspended on the grounds of having multiple accounts and my balance of 43,000 Rs was confiscated. I contacted 1win support via the in‑app chat and by email on 28 March, but I have not received any clear written response or final decision explaining the situation. I do not find it fair that my funds have been taken in this way, especially as a long‑time client, and this situation creates serious doubts about the reliability and transparency of the platform. If there was any issue regarding multiple accounts, I believe I should have been clearly informed and given a chance to resolve it, instead of directly losing my money after verification. I request that my 43,000 Rs be immediately returned to my account or paid back to me without any further delay, and that a clear and detailed explanation be provided as to why my verified account was blocked and my balance confiscated.
