I am facing an issue with multiple withdrawal transactions on my 1win account, all of which are still showing as pending despite being requested some time ago. My account ID is 338469366. The pending withdrawals via IMPS are as follows: ₹3,200 on 28 March 2026 at 05:37 PM, ₹2,000 on 28 March 2026 at 08:23 PM, ₹2,000 on 29 March 2026 at 01:47 PM, and ₹3,000 on 29 March 2026 at 08:20 PM. The withdrawals dated 28 March 2026 have already exceeded 24 hours and are still pending, which is causing me concern. After noticing this issue, I contacted your support team, and they asked me to send an email to secur***@1win.social. I sent this email on 30 March 2026 at around 7:30 AM, but as of now my withdrawals remain pending. I kindly request that all of these pending withdrawals be processed immediately and the amounts credited without any further delay. I also expect a clear update on the status of these transactions.
