I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a failed deposit on my 1win account. On 31 March at around 9:58 pm, I made a deposit of 9,000 rupees via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but on my 1win account the transaction showed as “cancelled,” and the money has still not been credited anywhere. More than 24 hours have passed since the transaction, and I have neither received the funds back in my bank account nor seen them added to my 1win balance. I contacted 1win support, but they have not responded properly and only told me to wait, without giving any clear information, confirmation, or timeframe. I am using 1win from India, and I request that this issue be resolved urgently. I want my 9,000 rupees either credited to my 1win account balance or fully refunded back to my bank/UPI account as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
