1win Withdrawal Problems Always Pending

I use the 1win app on my Android phone and requested a withdrawal of 100 cedis today. Since submitting the request, the withdrawal status has remained “pending,” and the money has not been paid to me.

I contacted 1win customer support, and they told me to wait 24 hours, but I am not comfortable with this delay because I want to receive my funds without further waiting. This situation makes me feel uncertain about my balance and my ability to access my own money.

I request that my withdrawal of 100 cedis be processed and paid to me immediately. I also ask that my account be reviewed to ensure I do not experience such delays again.
