1Win Did Not Credit My Bank Transfer and Keeps Canceling Payment

On 02.04.2026, I made a deposit to my 1win account via bank transfer from my Ziraat Bank account for my username “Leonard***”. Although more than 6 hours have passed, the money has not been reflected in my 1win balance even though the amount has been debited from my bank account. On the site, I constantly refresh the payment screen and select the “I have made the payment” option, but this approval is repeatedly cancelled and the balance still does not appear in my account. I was informed that it may take more than 24 hours, but despite this long waiting time, I still cannot see my deposit in my balance. I request that my transfer be urgently checked and that the relevant amount be immediately reflected in my 1win account balance. I kindly ask this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
