1win Delayed Withdrawal Issue – Urgent Attention Required (UID: 356481991)

Hello, I am experiencing a serious delay issue with my withdrawals on 1win.

My UID: 356481991

On March 30, 2026, I made two withdrawal requests to Nigerian bank accounts:

₦70,000 at 12:22 p.m.
₦9,000 at 12:29 p.m.

Since then, both transactions have remained in pending status and have not been credited to my bank account.

I was initially informed that withdrawals take up to 24 hours, which I waited for patiently. However, I have continued to receive only generic responses, without any clear or specific update regarding my transactions.

I have now been told that the requests were forwarded to the payment system with the following application IDs:

PMNT-4645525

I was also informed that processing may take 1–7 days, which is very concerning and inconsistent with my previous experience. I have successfully withdrawn funds before using the same account details, so this delay is unexpected.

I respectfully request:

A clear and specific update on the current status of both withdrawals
Confirmation of whether the funds have been processed, are still pending, or if there is any issue
Immediate action to either complete the withdrawals or return the funds to my balance if processing cannot be completed
