I am updating this to confirm that my $850 arrived safely this morning! A senior support agent reached out and provided the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for the transaction. They politely explained that while 1win processes card payouts immediately, traditional banks hold the funds in their clearing system for 3 to 5 business days before crediting the customer's account. This was entirely my bank's delay, not the casino's. Excellent and transparent customer service. For future payouts, I will definitely use crypto to avoid banking delays!

I am experiencing a serious problem with a withdrawal from my 1win account (ID: 2291***). On March 24th, I requested a withdrawal of $850 to my personal Mastercard. A few hours later, the status in the cashier section changed to “Processed,” but today is Friday and the funds still have not reached my bank account. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that there are no pending or incoming transactions corresponding to this withdrawal. I then reached out to your support team via email, and I keep receiving the same answer that the funds have left your system. This situation worries me, because from my side there is no sign that the money is on its way or even has been sent correctly. I have had a similar withdrawal issue before, and that time it took five days to resolve, which makes this new delay even more concerning. I kindly request that your financial team provide an official transaction receipt or payment confirmation document containing all the necessary details so that my bank can trace the payment. I expect this information to be shared with me as soon as possible and for my $850 to be either credited to my Mastercard or, if there is a technical issue, for you to clearly explain what has happened and resolve it promptly.
