I requested a withdrawal of 11,500 INR from my 10cric account to my HDFC bank account on January 17, 2026. In my 10cric account, this withdrawal is marked as successful, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. The transaction ID for this withdrawal is 4dbd8093-dc01-429a-a8d7-b4577bb1fb0f. During this period, I have already lost a significant amount of money while playing on 10cric, and despite that, my confirmed withdrawal has not been paid to me. It has now been 20 days since the withdrawal request, and although the status shows completed, the funds are still missing on my bank’s side. I contacted 10cric support and reported this issue, and I was told that they are investigating, but I have not received any concrete update or resolution, and the money is still not in my account. This prolonged delay and lack of clear information are causing me serious concern and have significantly damaged my trust in the platform. I request that my withdrawal of 11,500 INR, under transaction ID 4dbd8093-dc01-429a-a8d7-b4577bb1fb0f, be credited to my bank account immediately and that I be informed in writing once the payment has been completed.
