10cric Withdrawal Pending for Days Despite Successful Status

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a delayed bank transfer withdrawal from my 10cric account. On January 23, I requested a withdrawal of INR 44,000, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account, even though the transaction status is marked as successful. The withdrawal was made via bank transfer and is associated with the transaction ID 10d50bb6-e8c2-46de-ab39-f8f33a62e260. I have previously completed several withdrawals from my 10cric account without any issues, which makes this prolonged delay unusual and concerning. I contacted 10cric customer support regarding the delay, and while they stated that the matter was receiving their full attention, I have now received the same response repeatedly for approximately three days without any update, resolution, or clear timeframe for completion. I am requesting that my withdrawal be processed immediately and the funds be credited to my bank account without further delay.
