10Cric Did Not Process My Two Withdrawal Requests on Time

My two withdrawal transactions from 10Cric have still not been processed. Every time I contact 10Cric support team, they keep saying the withdrawals have been processed on their end and are pending with the payment provider. However, it has now been more than 65 hours for both transactions, and there is still no update or confirmation of the funds. The transaction IDs are as follows: 235bdf7f-095f-4e41-ad51-e565cbe5b*** for ₹89,430 and 71674e89-85cc-4d0c-96f4-ce4d3f555*** for ₹77,098. I am requesting that this issue be resolved and my withdrawals be completed without further delay.

UPDATE: 24th june 2025 : both the payments are still under processing .
