I have been using 10cric for a long time and have successfully withdrawn my winnings to my Axis Bank account around 30 times before without any issue. However, the withdrawal I requested on 18 January for an amount of ₹50,000 to my Axis Bank account is still pending and has not been credited to my account. There were no verification issues, no document requests, and no error messages shown in my 10cric account for this transaction. Everything appears normal on my side, yet the payment has still not been processed. I contacted 10cric customer support and was only told that my query is receiving their full attention, that they are working on it with urgency, and that they will update me when there is progress. Despite this, no concrete information, time frame, or solution has been provided, and the money is still not credited. I request that my withdrawal be processed and credited to my bank account without any further delay.
